Elite Mobile Phlebotomy Services offers affordable self-pay Phlebotomy testing with the convenience of professional mobile specimen collection at your home, workplace, or preferred location. All  testing is performed through our Phlebotomy partners, and mobile collection services are provided by experienced professionals.

Complete Blood Count (CBC) – $20
Evaluates red blood cells, white blood cells, hemoglobin, hematocrit, and platelets.

Basic Metabolic Panel (BMP) – $30
Measures essential electrolytes, kidney function, and blood glucose.

Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP) – $70

Elite Mobile Lab LLC provides professional Mobile Testing at Your Location COVID-19 testing for businesses, conferences, schools, sporting events, productions, and private events.

Minimum Event Fee: $350–$500

Rapid COVID-19 Testing: $85–$95 per person

Volume pricing is available for larger groups. Contact us for a customized quote based on the number of participants, staffing requirements, travel distance, and event location.

A mobile collection fee applies to all appointments unless otherwise stated. Phlebotomy testing fees and mobile service fees are separate charges. Insurance may cover eligible laboratory testing; however, concierge mobile collection services are generally not covered by insurance.

Mobile Phlebotomy Collection Fee: Starting at $85.00

Travel Fee: 

Starting at $40.00. Total service fees begin at $125.00  for San Antonio Texas and surrounding areas. Additional travel charges apply for appointments outside our standard service area. Houston  Texas and Dallas Texas for example travel fees are a extra $80.00 the  collection fee stays the same.

Elite Mobile Phlebotomy Services offers professional mobile collection services, including concierge home blood draws, assisted living and senior community collections, pediatric blood collections, same-day concierge appointments (subject to availability), corporate wellness collections, employer health screenings, and specimen collection for specialty laboratory testing kits.

A mobile phlebotomy collection fee applies to all appointments. While many insurance plans may cover the cost of laboratory testing, they typically do not cover mobile collection or concierge service fees. Clients are responsible for all applicable mobile service charges.

Payment  can be made at the time of service or before phlebotomist comes out.
